Hi, I’m Catherine Prior

I’m a Cairns‑based systems and operations consultant, a mother of four, and someone whose entire life has been shaped by structure, clarity, and the need for things to run well. I’ve spent 20 years working across hospitality, government, corporate environments, and small business. The common thread has always been the same: when operations are strong, everything becomes easier, more efficient, and ultimately more profitable.
I hold a business degree and have spent years inside real operational environments, refining workflows, solving bottlenecks, and building systems that actually hold up in day‑to‑day use. My work is practical and shaped by the realities of both business and life. Structure isn’t optional, it’s essential in my household.
This consultancy brings all of that experience together: the commercial, the operational, and the lived understanding of what it takes to keep things running smoothly.
