Your questions, answered.
What does working with me actually look like?
Working with me is structured, collaborative, and very practical.
We start with a diagnostic session to understand how your business currently runs; your workflows, tools, team habits, bottlenecks, and the realities behind the scenes.
From there, I map out what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change. If you move into an implementation package, I design and build the operational systems your business needs: workflows, processes, documentation, and the supporting tools.
You get clear steps, clear communication, and a calm, organised process from start to finish.
Is this right for my business?
Priority Strategy & Operations works with established service-based businesses that have outgrown how they currently operate. If your team is growing, your admin is increasing, and the way things run day-to-day is starting to cost you time, capacity, or profit; this work is designed for exactly that point.
If you're unsure whether the timing is right, a Clarity Session is the best place to start.
What will I actually get at the end?
You’ll walk away with a fully structured operational foundation that fits your business, not a generic template. This can include mapped workflows, documented processes, optimised tools, automations, and a clear way of working that your team can follow. You’ll also get clarity: what to do next, how to maintain the systems, and how to keep things running smoothly without everything relying on you.
How are services priced?
Pricing is based on the depth of work required, not hours. Every business has different levels of complexity, so I scope based on what’s actually needed to get you to a stable, streamlined operational baseline.
Clarity Sessions are a fixed investment starting from $850. All other services are quoted following an initial consultation. If the investment isn't the right fit, that will be clear early, before any commitment is made.
Do you work outside Far North Queensland?
Yes. I work with businesses across Australia. Most projects are delivered online, and the process is designed to run smoothly regardless of location.
For clients who prefer in‑person sessions, onsite work can be arranged depending on availability.
